Returns & Cancellations Policy (Food Products – EU Customers)
Your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of the products we sell, specific rules apply regarding returns and cancellations.
Right of Withdrawal
Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. However, this right does not apply to:
- Damaged product, such as food and beverages that may spoil or expire rapidly.
- Tamper-proof sealed bottles that have been opened after delivery, for hygiene and health protection reasons.
For these reasons, many of our food products are not eligible for return or refund once delivered, unless they are faulty or not as described.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If a product is: Damaged · Faulty · Incorrectly delivered
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a product photo. We will offer:
- A full refund,
- A replacement, or
- An alternative solution, depending on the issue and your preference.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days, using the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation once the refund is completed.
